취소 및 환불규정

파트너와 유저 모두가 안심할 수 있도록, 취소·환불 기준을 명확히 안내합니다.

제1조 (화상 세션 취소 및 환불)

대화 시작까지 6시간 초과 남았을 때 취소: 사용한 티켓을 원래 유효기간으로 반환합니다.
대화 시작까지 6시간 이하 남았을 때 취소: 취소는 가능하지만 사용한 티켓은 반환되지 않습니다. 정확히 6시간 전 취소도 미반환 대상입니다.
신규 예약: 대화 시작 4시간 전까지만 가능합니다.

제2조 (시스템 장애 및 파트너 귀책사유)

DayO 또는 파트너 사정으로 대화가 진행되지 못한 경우에는 별도 환불 기준에 따라 티켓이 반환됩니다.

제3조 (디지털 콘텐츠 환불)

전자책, PDF 등 다운로드가 완료된 디지털 콘텐츠는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있으며, 원칙적으로 환불이 불가합니다.

제4조 (환불 처리 기간)

예약 취소에 따른 티켓 반환은 카드 결제 취소와 다릅니다. 별도로 카드 결제 취소가 승인된 경우 반영에는 카드사 사정에 따라 영업일 기준 3~5일이 소요될 수 있습니다. 문의: hello@dayotalk.com

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy clearly explains cancellation and refund standards so that both partners and users can participate with confidence.

Article 1 (Video Session Cancellation and Refunds)

Cancellation with more than 6 hours remaining before the conversation: The used ticket is returned with its original validity period.
Cancellation with 6 hours or less remaining before the conversation: Cancellation is permitted, but the used ticket is not returned. A cancellation made exactly 6 hours before the conversation is also non-refundable.
New reservations: A new reservation can be made only until 4 hours before the conversation starts.

Article 2 (System Failure and Causes Attributable to the Partner)

If a conversation cannot proceed due to circumstances attributable to DayO or the partner, the ticket is returned in accordance with separate refund standards.

Article 3 (Refunds for Digital Content)

Once digital content, including an e-book or PDF, has been downloaded, withdrawal from the purchase may be restricted under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and, in principle, no refund is available.

Article 4 (Refund Processing Period)

Returning a ticket after a reservation cancellation is different from canceling a card payment. If a separate card-payment cancellation is approved, it may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on the card issuer. Contact: hello@dayotalk.com
